What forms of payment are accepted on the online store?
Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit/Delta/Connect.
How are orders processed?
No physical goods are shipped. All orders are processed electronically, with product licenses being deposited in the iLok account specified.
After placing an order on the online store, how will I know when it has been completed?
You will receive an email to confirm that payment has been accepted and the order has been processed.

How can I try the plugins before buying?
Free demo versions are available from our Demo page.
What Operating Systems do the plugins run on?
Mac: OS X 10.5.8 or later.
Windows: XP, Vista, 7 (32 and 64 bit).
(Please note: Plugins may work on earlier operating systems, however, we cannot provide support for legacy systems. Please ensure that you always download a trial licence before purchasing the full version in order to ensure compatibility with your system).
What DAW software are the plugins compatible with?
They can be used with most software which supports TDM or RTAS/AU/VST plugins, such as Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Nuendo or Digital Performer.
Are the plugins compatible with Intel-based Macs?
Yes, Universal binaries are provided for use with PPC and Intel Macs.
What is the difference between RTAS/AU/VST and TDM versions?
The two are essentially the same, but set up to work on Native or TDM systems.
How can I get the latest plugin versions?
The latest updates are available from our Downloads page.
Do the Abbey Road plugins work with 64 bit systems?
Our internal tests on 64 bit systems have indicated the plugins are compatible. We have also received no reports from customers complaining of problems running the Abbey Road plugins on 64 bit systems.
Where can I buy the original EMI hardware?
The original EMI TG12345 desks and TG modules reside at Abbey Road Studios and in private studios, but Chandler Limited manufactures authentic recreations of the original TG hardware. For more details visit
